Gigs galore...

Leslie (Low of The Observatory) once said, "There's No Finer Time (To Be Alive)." Actually, I'm starting to think these words will haunt him like how "Hope I Die Before I Get Old" does to Pete Townshend. It's pretty true.

March is a good month for music lovers in Singapore. There's so many things going on.

B-Quartet's playing a stripped down show this Saturday at the Arts House at 930pm. The Obs will be playing a ticketed show (S$25) the next day at the Arts House as well. On the same day, The Suns will play its last show at the Esplanade at 10pm. Since Sanjeev broke his elbow, Patrick of TypeWriter is standing in on guitars. Should be quite interesting. While Pat's a showman in his own right, it'd be fun to see him play The Suns tunes.

Placebo will be performing in a special showcase next Thursday 23 March. Hopefully, I can score some invites to that gig even though I've just seen them last month. They put up a great live show.

Come Saturday 1 April: Concave Scream launches 4th album 'Horizons' at Zouk! Their 1st album in 7 years and the new one this millenium, well, considering the previous 3 were released in the 90's. This is a family outing! I reckon quite a few of us are going down to check out the show.
